Is it free to join?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever — you only pay a 5% commission when you make a sale. Pilot shops in Motaleb Plaza get Premium free for 3 months.
How do I get paid?
Every Sunday, Zavix sends your net sales (after commission) to your bKash, Nagad or bank account. Orders become payable after delivery and a 3-day return window.
Who delivers the products?
Zavix logistics partners pick up from your shop and deliver nationwide. Customers can also choose free pickup from your shop.
What documents do I need?
Trade licence, owner NID and a bKash/Nagad number for payouts. Our team visits your shop once to verify.
Can I sell unofficial (non-BTRC) phones?
You can list them, but they must be clearly marked “Unofficial” with your shop warranty. Zavix shows the warranty type to every buyer.
